The instructors have as an objective to facilitate in-depth discussions and introspection on the role of the interpreter. Discussion will focus on interpreter’s responsibilities to his or her professional development, to fellow interpreters, to the Limited English proficient (LEP) litigant, to the court specifically and the judicial system in general.
